This is the letter I wrote my primary agent and then there was Milan Lee and Jenni Ellis besides, the person I am addessing: "Hi Brendan. thanks very much for me it was or felt like: ' .... there was a mountain, and you, Brendan Seiber, you made a path out of it...' Your guidance and effort within the team are much appreciated. You are top notch, Markus S

Ted was outstanding throughout the entire process of purchasing my first investment property. From day one, he patiently walked me through every step, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening. What stood out most wasn’t just his knowledge, it was the confidence he gave me to take the leap into real estate investing. Buying your first investment property can be intimidating, but Ted never made me feel rushed or pressured. He was always available, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision. Thanks to his guidance, I felt comfortable moving forward and closing on my first investment property. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly invested in your success, I highly recommend working with Ted. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I have had a great experience with everyone at Lineage through the entire buying experience. True professionals in all they do. Have purchased mulitple times through them and will do so again in the future.

I've talked to other turnkey real estate companies and every time I call, I talk to a different person who doesn't know who I am. My Lineage rep knows me, knows my portfolio goals, and holds my hand through the whole process. They make me feel like I'm their top priority. I've purchased 4 homes from them over the years and they are simply great to work with!

Absolutely outstanding experience working with Lineage. Their entire team is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping others succeed every step of the way. Communication is excellent, turnaround times are impressive, and they consistently go above and beyond to deliver a smooth process. Special shoutout to Shane Thompson — he has been phenomenal to work with. His professionalism, attention to detail, and elite sales skills are off the charts. It’s rare to find a team that operates with this level of consistency and care. I truly have enjoyed every person at this organization that my team has worked with and we will continue to do business with this great organization. Highly recommend Lineage to anyone looking for a top-tier experience! - Jacob

We've had a wonderful experience with Lineage, and Brendan specifically. We had our first conversation with Brendan 10 months ago and he was patient with us and followed up until we were ready to move forward with our 1031 exchange. He is extremely knowledgeable and his guidance throughout the process was very beneficial to us. The properties and incentives that were offered will allow us to cash flow and we are very happy with the portfolio that we've started. We would highly recommend working with Lineage. Brendan is focused on customer service and making sure his clients are happy and making wise investments.

Our experience with Lineage was outstanding from start to finish. Our property consultant, Tyler, was absolutely amazing to work with. He was honest, professional, and consistently followed up and followed through on every question or inquiry we had. Throughout the entire process, he made us feel genuinely taken care of and supported. What really stood out was Tyler’s communication and commitment. Whenever something needed additional attention, he didn’t hesitate to escalate it to his supervisor and kept us informed every step of the way. That level of transparency and dedication built a strong sense of trust. Lacey, our escrow coordinator, was also great to work with. As first-time real estate investors, we had a lot of questions and concerns, and she took the time to patiently answer every one of them. Her guidance made the escrow process easy to understand, which we truly appreciated. Because of the excellent service from Tyler, Lacey, and the Lineage team, we feel confident continuing to work with them in the future. The trust and customer service we experienced will definitely have us coming back. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about Lineage and the team they’ve built. They have helped guide me through investing in rental properties and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The entire company is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly responsive whenever I have questions. What really sets them apart is their integrity and how much they genuinely care about their clients. Every interaction has reinforced that they truly want to see their clients succeed. Brendan in particular has been phenomenal. He has answered countless messages from me, always with patience and thoughtful guidance. He treats me less like a client and more like family. Thanks to his advice and the support of the Lineage team, I feel like I’m building a real path toward long-term wealth through real estate. If you’re looking for a trustworthy team to help you invest in rental properties, I highly recommend Lineage. They go above and beyond, and I’m grateful to be working with them.
