I do not like the new message center in biz apps for text messages. My contacts no longer show names - assoc. with contact. only the phone numbers. Why fix something that’s not broke? Is it different for personal contacts?

Finding out I am unable to send or receive texts on the weekend is terrible, not being able to get live support on the weekend just adds to the frustration. Business happens every day, I would think support should be the same way. Currently in the process of transferring number to a better service

I have been a client of Line2 for a long time. I whenever I need help I have to email and it takes weeks to get a response. This is NOT ok when you are not receiving calls and you have a business to run! They gave me an instruction that DID NOT WORK!! SO AM I WAITING ANOTHER TWO WEEKS TO RECEIVE CALLS? Stop being a one man show and service your accounts.

Line2 is barely functional. It has been ignored by the devs for years. Can’t send or receive a contact card for example. Also surprisingly buggy for such a simple app.
