The representative I worked with was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure my needs were met on the call. He even got the extension I was looking for! I was very satisfied with his service. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. Hopefully I get him the next time I I need help.

Line2 customer service was awesome. I called and when I told them what my issue was they corrected it while I was on the phone quickly and effectively. I have been a customer for over 10 years and will continue to wave the banner for Line2 when asked who’s the best out there for phone services.

After upgrading my account, I was able to arrange for a different number with minimum fuss (thanks Dennis). Overall, I am using the line through my tablet and call quality is good so far. I like their features like call screening. No hiccups.
