Only quick to respond when they want your money
Line2 was so quick to call when they knew I was interested in their product. Now that I've purchased, they are IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. Set-Up calls are booked out for a WEEK. Called and left three different voicemails today and have not heard back. The platform is extremely user-unfriendly. Terrible. Agents are pleasant enough when you can get ahold of anyone.

Run, don't walk from this company. They are ruining my business. People tell me they aren't getting my messages, I'm missing voicemails, when I talk to people using Line2, the reception is horrible. Calls are dropped, and I have to just use my personal mobile number which is what I was trying to avoid giving out. Customer service is non-existent. They NEVER answer the phone. You always have to leave a message that never gets returned. I submitted a support ticket yesterday and still no answer. As I type this, I just tried to answer a call and couldn't hear my client. Open to anyone recommending other phone apps. In response to Line2, how many times is it reasonable to ask someone to contact you? I finally got through only to see a message from your tech support saying I was yelling and rude. Don’t make this about me. Being angry because you hurt my business because I missed multiple messages, had dropped calls, can’t get attachments all while being charged for this AND you don’t answer your phones and return calls.

Doesn’t explain how to use the service and the toll free number to call for help isn’t in service so no idea now how to get my 14.99 back

This company is a scam!!
This company is a scam!!! DO NOT PAY THEM!!! I signed up for the 24.99 business plan well immediate after I paid 29.86 I was no longer able to login to the app on my iPhone or computer. I called and I was told that my number couldn’t be found. I kept being transferred some reps found the number and others couldn’t. I Wasted 53 minutes of my life on the phone trying to cancel this service and get a refund and just signed up with godaddy SmartLine because this app isn’t even worth the hassle. PLEASE DONT PAY THEM!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM. I’m having to cancel my debit card with my bank currently. What a headache and I only had the app for 1 minute before I had problems.

A thoroughly unpleasant experience
Cannot imagine having a worse experience. I cannot recommend this company. Cannot elaborate further as they will report the comments and have them removed. I personally DO NOT recommend!
