Hello Jeremy - Thank you for leaving your review. You are correct; we do not offer 24-hour support. Our support hours are Monday through Friday between 8 am to 8 pm EST. Our support staff's operating hours are carefully planned, based on the hours in which we have the highest volume of customer contact. We understand this may not address all inquiries in real-time. Still, we continually monitor and evaluate customer service requests and are willing to adjust these hours based on service level needs.
