After spending a little over 5 hours trying to get my Line2 to work correctly with 2 separate chat sessions that timed out and being kicked off both I called into LIne2 technical support to fix the problem I was having with the 2 lines I have for my business. To be honest I was feeling very discouraged. I raised my voice and was feeling angry and agitated. The tech I spoke to Dennis was amazing, very polite held a happy disposition, always up beat and positive. He took control of the situation and had me up and going in 45 minutes. He was a true blessing to me today. If every person I talked to from every company I am associated with handle themselves the way the fella did I dealt with today from Line2 this world would be so much kinder and easier to face. Thank you Denise from California. You are Awesome and appreciated more than you know.
