I bought a new Line2 A/c. .....& the next day it is not working. The no. was #8082070595. it just worked the day I bought it....& next day without bringing to my notice the A/c is deleted. the $30 which I paid is not even refunded. Very Disgusting. This is worst thing that happened . I send emails ....called the sales team, Customer support team & they never reverted back. Very Bad Experience. never expected this from Line2.

No customer service, and there is no way that you could cancel the service!!! DO NOT USE! I have been trying to call them, when you finally reach someone on the phone, they will drop their call if they found out that you are an existing customer and you have a complaint.

I wanted this to work but I may have to go to another company, there are outages frequently, no one will answer the phone, I cannot log in my account in my computer, sometimes the messages is not working and I cannot hear my messages. This system does not seem to be ready and I am not trying to have this look for my company

I have used line 2 for over 7 years and have not had a problem but I retired at the end of 2020 and I have tried following all of their instructions to cancel my service and have a string of emails how to cancel and have followed the instructions and thought I had my account closed only to find a yearly charge in January on my credit card. They are easy to get you going but impossible to cancel their service.

Have to cancel before I start. As a Business Line, this service is really bad, creating such a bad impression 10 minutes after signing up, I need to cancel. Unfortunately, the website will not allow me to login, as #1 on Chat, it wouldn't connect after 10 minutes.
