The support is awful. The have phone and chat support, but the chat will close on your if you're inactive for a ridiculously short amount of time. When you log into your online account, you can't get to the chat support (and in fact the chat will close if you had one open). The support is AWFUL.

It stopped working after your upgrade. I haven't been able to use this service for over 2 months. I've put in a customer support ticket, but nobody engages back and supports my requests. I've sent multiple emails, and nothing. Now I'm getting a bill for renewal and was notified my service has stopped. I wasn't getting service even when I was paying! I'm very disappointed in your lack of service and followup. Considering changing companies.

I tried to reset my password and was unable too. Clients Call the 2nd line number, it said out of order. Trid to reach out for support no respond. I would like a refund. Thank you, Walker

Repetitive issues logging into the account on the app or web. No time or reason why it would say account not found but 2 trials later would let me in. Also the app is not working well compared to the competition.

You suck.. there are numerous issues in your system...as a former Cisco Systems employee, I not only understand your system and its pittfalls, my question is to resolve my issues or contact the FCC...FTC. Or the Attorney General

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a month now and they won’t let me. I can’t get a hold of anyone.
