I have your app on iOS and Android and I can't sign in on either platform because why I forgot my email I did not. Or I changed my phone number from 440 320 2407 to 440 654 9705 yes I did. And I have a new Apple ID from ... yes I did. I contacted apple they say it's up to you on iOS or android.But remember I'm the customer your taking my money monthly fix it soon can sign back in before I contact my bank and give you a terrible review

Horrible and lost business. Come to find out the text messaging was not working and none of our leads were getting our text messages. Weeks working with support who was no help. DO NOT USE!

This company sucks. Tried to port my number out and they wouldn't let me. Stopped responding to my request and ignored me. Very unprofessional.

having problems connecting - loss of service frequently

I can't seem to buy more minutes online after they advised I was out of minutes. I can't fix the settings so that the phone actually rings when I get a call even though the help desk sent me some long instructions on what to do. So now at the moment it is basically uselless.

Have been a regular user for more than a decade. Most of the time this has been good. Recently they appear to have botched a software update. The application no longer plays well with the Keychain password manager in the iOS/MacOS ecosystem. The iOS app regularly (multiple times per week) asks me to log back in. This never happened before. The service has become effectively unusable.

No one to speak too, had issue with billing
