Was a customer of line 2 for 2 years. Each year my price went up. This year it went up to almost the price of Verizon's one talk price. So I switched. Well I've been trying to switch for 2 days. First they extorted me to pay for a year of service upfront($150) to get my pin for my number, this isn't a late fee or an outstanding bill, nope just there company policy. Now it's been 2 days and they still haven't ported my number over. Here is a quote from the fccs website "Once you request service from a new company, your old company cannot refuse to port your number, even if you owe money for an outstanding balance or termination fee.” here is another quote off fccs website. "FCC rules require simple ports, which generally do not involve more than one line or more complex adjustments to telephone switching equipment, to be processed in one business day. " Both are laws that this company does not follow. I've reported them to the FCC. I've called there customer service 3 times and this issue is still not resolved. I hope this review keeps you or your business from having to deal with such problems before you foolishly buy into this company like me because they will not let you leave (with your number you own)without paying the price.
