He explained the process, and once I signed on, I was introduced to the project manager who handled the whole thing like a pro. They worked on my book step by step editing, layout, cover, even uploading it to all the platforms. We had great communication along the way, and they were always open to feedback. It was my first publishing experience, and honestly? It went smoother than I expected. Definitely using them again for my next one!

This is my second time working with Shawn Hill. Emily Port helped in the publishing process as well. My managers were always very polite and understanding. They worked hard and efficiently in the beginning. Along the way the process got a little shaky due to technical errors and misunderstandings. There were a few moments were crucial time was lost due to undisclosed absences. I would have hoped for those inconveniences to have been avoided and for me to have been updated more regularly. Otherwise, I was content with the service as Shawn and Emily always stayed true to their word and fixed almost every technical issue. They always stayed polite and patient and made sure the process could be complete.
