Lacking Professionalism
I am new to self-publishing and quite skeptical. My mind was set at ease when I began working with a publisher associated with Amazon who was instrumental in preparing my novel for marketing. However, there was much confusion between the time that Amazon's service ended and when Lincoln Publishers was introduced. I was looking forward to continue working with the publisher that I thought was an employee of Amazon, but that ended rather abruptly. As professional as he seemed, I can not offer a positive review. There were unanswered questions that could have been addressed, but they were left in my hands to figure out myself. Furthermore, there was nothing in my original contact that indicated a cutoff date, where service and information would suddenly stop. I feel that there could have been more in the way of transparency and assistance.
