I bought the 2023 Lincoln Navigator…
I bought the 2023 Lincoln Navigator Reserve L two months ago at Highland Park Ford thinking it’s a premium car but unfortunately I have been going back to the dealership every week. This Car has become my worst nightmare. Every week it breaks down and there’s some new problem. The first day I bought the car the wheels were shaking, within two weeks the screen stopped working. On top of that, the check engine light and power train light came on. The dealership was the least helpful, they make you wait for the part and don’t even give you the loaner. I didn’t know this is what you get when you spend 100k on a car, you get this trashy Car and worst customer service.
