Website: shows zero balance. Got a letter saying $8.01 was sent to collections. Go to payment history; it’s empty. Go to stmts & it shows 4 bills that were never sent to us that we owe $32.04. No where can I pay due to it showing a zero balance! Call center is in India. Nice people, but 1 hung up on me cuz I asked her to slow down & struggled hard with the other 3! Rep said we owed $33.55 & processed the payment & agreed the portal doesn’t match what they see on their end. No where on portal can we change auto-pay ourselves & rep was afraid it would mess up the payment in process!! Adding me as a representative for the account holder is a lie because LinCare has to send a hippa form for it to be permanent! Just the absolute worst website I’ve seen!

Billing was the big issue. Requested refund and they kept taking out billing from last month for next month. I clearly told them I wanted a ‘full refund’ no charges taken out of the overpayment. They continued to take money off it. I even went to corporate who was gonna send full refund and I got $75 of the 182 back. I returned my machine and cut ties with them. There is no getting though this company. Avoid at all costs! Can’t get new machine til it’s paid off. I’m doing no business with them again. Don’t go here.

Over 2 months ago I requested contact with a customer rep to find out why I received no answer to my inquiry. It seems this company was supposed to notify me by phone they converted to paperless billing. I contacted Lincare by Patient Portal and received no reply. The customer service stinks. I would say that this company has gotten to big to fast and there is no coming back to customer service

Faulty product, rude sales representative, no follow up. Just started using their product, already disgusted.

Lincare consistently has long hold times, billing department cannot handle disputes, and when they take 5 months to the to send a bill they overcharge and tell you there is nothing they can do and no one you can talk to.

This is the most poorly managed company in the history of capitalism. The employees are rude and unresponsive. Unfortunately, for home INR testing, Lincare is virtually a monopoly operator. This is a company that should be targeted for dissolution.

zero customer service. predatory in sales practices to hook you in, then parasitic after contract. expect no response to any inquiries about....anything. impossible to contact with outrageous hold times. don't waste your precious time trying to navigate their merry-go-round of in name only customer service.

I used Lincare for over a year, but ended up with more supplies than I needed. I asked them to stop sending me any more equipment until I contacted them. Three months later they billed me for products that I never received. I called and complained and got the runaround to 4 different phone numbers. I finally got all 4 to say that my account was cancelled but they could not return the money they stole. Just this morning they charged me again. When I called they said that my account was closed. I asked why they charged me again. I've now been on hold for 45 minutes waiting for the latest person they transferred me to. Do NOT do business with this company! They will steal your money like they did mine and keep charging hundreds of dollars a month even after you cancel.
