I have lived decades with chronic back pain and multiple diagnoses including spinal stenosis. I cut back on physical workouts like basketball and jogging and still my back got worse. Each year I became more physically challenged until I could no longer walk distances and was in pain 24/7. I went though spinal injections which did not help and was headed towards surgery. I came across Lin Health and the Brain first treatment approach and decided to give it a try. My results have been outstanding. I am sleeping through the night for the first time in years. I am going on long walks and short jogs, even playing a little basketball, which I thought would never happen again. I am lifting things again and rarely have back pain. When I do, it's short lived. In a very short time, I have learned the principles and causes of much of my pain and I am learning how to understand and deal with it effectively. I can't wait for the next phase of my education and rehabilitation. Just an incredible journey.

Lin Health has helped me & continues to do so by showing me a great deal about how the brain functions & how the body functions as well:: most importantly how the mind/body & body/mind relationships interact. The biggest takeaway for me has been learning how to decipher what is neuroplastic pain & what is not. From the chronic pain perspective Lin Health has introduced me to tools on how to “ take back my brain”… and has taught me not only how to deal with chronic pain but also difficult ( and happy) emotions). They educated me on the total overall fear/ pain cycle and I continue to learn new things from Lin Health that I can put into practice in my life; therefore increasing the quality of my life , both physically & mentally.

After 4 months I’m living more and no longer bed ridden or using a wheelchair. Lin has been an integral part of this. I’m still symptomatic but I’ve gone from non functional to slowly beginning to live life again. I’m hopeful for my continued recovery after 2 years post brain injury

After only 2 weeks I’m already feeling a lot better. The personalized attention, along with Tele health, allows me to incorporate this treatment into my busy life. It is great that it is grounded in accessible, under stable science. An innovation we needed in post covid!

I signed up for Lin for a month. I was really skeptical but I’ve spent ore on stuff that hasn’t worked for my fibromyalgia. Not a day went by that I didn’t have at least a constant pain around a 3/10 on a good day with it going up to 6-7/10. Bad days would start at a 6-7. Fatigue would keep me in bed or dependent on caffeine. I have only scratched the surface of what Lin has to offer and last week, I spent 3 days walking around NYC, playing tour guide for my family. I was clocking at least 12k steps a day! I’m tired but happy I was able to be present with my family and not retreating to the hotel many times a day to try to get over the pain. I can’t wait to see what happens next. (Most of the time, my pain was from 0/10 to max 2/10)
