Limos.comReviews of limos.com

I recently booked a ride through Limos .com. I did not see or read the reviews prior to booking but I had great customer service and had excellent experience. I will be using limos.com again in the future. Thank you limos.com

Customer service was great in assisting me on my ride.

unreliable service. sending the wrong vehicles and fraudly self serving in your credit card!!!! be careful! cannot recommend. what a miserable experience!

These thieves took my money and when they could've fulfilled my livery service needs they refused to refund me! They STOLE $ 431.99 AFTER several days of being unable to confirm a driver for my medically necessary trip into Boston, these people had the nerve to REFUSE TO REFUND ME AFTER I HAD MADE MY NEEDS CLEAR AS TO THE DATE 10/05/23.I NEEDED CONFIRMATION ASSURING ME/ US THAT THEY WIULD BE WAITING OUTSIDE FOR US ON 10/05! THEY COULD NOT DO SO. I GAVE THEM UNTIL THE END OF BUSINESS DAY 6PM( EXTRA HOUR) TO HAVE MY RIDE CONFIRMED OR I'D BE FORCED TO SEEK ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION. 🤔 I WAITED, NO CALL FROM THEM UNTIL I CALLED REQUESTING MY REFUND AS THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO FUFILL THEIR END OF THE DEAL. THEY COULD NOT CONFIRM MY DRIVER ONLY A VEHICLE FOR 10/05. IM SORRY BUT AM I SUPPISED TO DRIVE MYSELF ??? THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN! ALL THE WOMAN HAD TO SAY WAS THAT I SHOULD'VE PURCHASED TRIP INSURANCE! WTH??!! WHY WOULD I DO THAT. THIS IS A MEDICALLY NECESSARY PROCEDURE, HOW COULD I CANCEL. WHEN THEY COULD NOT GUARANTEE THAT ID HAVE A DRI ER ON 10/05, I HAD TO SEEK ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION! THIS ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION WAS ANITHER LIVERY SERVICE THAT GUARANTEED DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE WITH A SMILE 😃 THE PRICE WAS THE SAME FOR MY NEW CHAUFER AND A CADILLAC ESCAPADE. HE HAS CALLED AND REASSURED ME HE WILL BE HERE ON TIME OR EVEN EARLY! HE HEARD WHAT LIMOS.COM HAD DONE AND IN GOOD FAITH HE WILL NOT CHARGE ME UNTIL HE DRIVES US INTO BOSTON. THANK GOD FOR HONEST PEOPLE LIMOS .COM IS THE WORST DISGRACEFUL DISHONEST LIVERY SERVICE IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. SHAME ON YOU THIEVES BLATANT THIEVERY WITH NO APOLOGY. STEALING WITH PITIFUL EXCUSES TO REFUSE MY REFUND! 😤

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Tried booking through Limos.com. They took payment, but as the day of the booking came closer and closer, they still had not reserved a driver or car. After reaching out to check on the reservation, they barely responded, if at all. They would not confirm they had services booked. I ended up having to cancel after finding an alternate option that could confirm the ride. Weeks after I had cancelled, they sent me confirmation of a ride? I had to reach out multiple times to remind them it had been cancelled. They refused to give me a refund after this. They then oddly sent me an email saying they could not book the car selected and would book a different car? This was after we had talked about the cancellation multiple times. After all this, they insist on not giving me a refund, only credit for services. Which I'm not sure they could ever actually fulfill on. I really wish I had run across these reviews before trying to book through them.

Booked a limo out of Newark on April 23rd. Limo never showed. After waiting more than one hour and calling Limos.com took a taxi instead. While in the taxi got a call from the driver who said he was waiting. This after an hour and a half. Said he tried to reach me. Phone on all the time and no record of any calls on my phone. Do not use!!

The company asked up to do a job for them and never paid. Crickets any and every time we tried to resolve the issue. The job happened in 2018 and they do not allow reviews that old so just a reminder you owe me money.

In January, I booked a professional limousine/airport NOT a ride share. I had used limos.com before, and the service was a professional driver dressed in a professional driver’s outfit driving a black car with appropriate plates registration etc. The cars always matched the description on the quote. (This post is not about optics but it is about personal safety and professionalism). ***The ride arrived in pre-dawn hours and THERE WERE TWO MEN in the car!! ***The car didn’t match the quoted make/model description. ***There were no livery plates. ***The car was older and not the make and model quoted with this service. ***The ride was booked to the Pittsburgh International Airport from a residential suburb of Pittsburgh PA about a 1.5 hour ride—not cheap! When the ride arrived, I called limos.com and nobody could confirm that this was my ride. I DID NOT get in the car. I had to scramble to get to the airport in the pre-dawn hours. I also emailed limos.com from on the plane outlining the scary situation. I NEVER got a reply. I also never got a call back from my phone message I left after hours at the pick up time. What I did get was a receipt for the full charges. I disputed the charges on my credit card for the following reasons: ***Emailed quote says that “If we are unable to confirm your ride as quoted, a representative will contact you to discuss available options.” They did not ***Safety concerns ***No response from vendor when I contacted then directly twice Is this acceptable industry standard for a airport ride service with premium price—two strange men in the car, a car swap, no livery plates? I am in touch with other drivers and they say this is unprofessional and not acceptable. There is no price for my safety. IF I had a do over I would not have gotten in the car even knowing I would lose several hundred dollars.
