Buyer Beware! I wish I had thought to read reviews before placing orders. Very poor quality. Website is horrible to manipulate and customer service was like dealing with a robot. I have deleted all incoming info from Limoges and suggest you don’t get tempted by thier “sales”. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Very poor quality workmanship. Poor quality materials. The gold plating wears off almost instantly. Customer service is AWOL. Shop elsewhere for sure!

Horrible company who doesn't fill orders at all. Don't order gifts because you won't get anything or if you do receive something it's junk. Customer support is a joke, not helpful at all.

Garbage! Ordered in late November received late December broken at the end of January. Flimsy cheap jewelry and conveniently broken right outside my 30 day window. For $5.99 via “cheque” or money order only they’ll replace my garbage necklace with another garbage necklace. Never again!

I should have read the reviews before I placed order. Placed order in October, received product in December. Item I received was Not what I ordered. Didn't even feel like going thru the return process. That was my first and LAST time I order from this company. Very disappointed :(

I had a discount which was the reason I ordered from this company. I placed my order May 1 and didn't receive it until June 21! About a month in I inquired and was told "as it states on our website". No, it doesn't. The ring itself is open and extremely thin. So why ask for a ring size? Not worth the discount and definitely not worth the Long wait!

DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY...I DIDN'T :( They made a mistake, and won't refund or replace AVOID AT ALL COSTS Purchased a family birthstone shell pearl & clear crystal necklace. June (alexandrite) Feb (amethyst) and Dec (blue topaz), what I received was Pink, amethyst and blue topaz. They said that because they were updating their colors and had not yet been published on the website they weren't going to do anything for me and I was basically stuck with an incorrect necklace! Terrible customer service, DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I placed an order for a name necklace on 8/27 . Weeks later I was given a tracking number and for days that tracking number only said label printed which means it was never shipped . They made me wait a ridiculous amount of time - 2 weeks before they would reshoot them order . After a week , I followed up , they said I would get notification of shipment … week 2 went by , I followed up and requested a refund . I was told that it had been sent to production and if wanted a refund to let them know so they could stop production but it takes 3 weeks . Well it’s been over 3 weeks …no communication from them. I have requested a refund. This is terrible customer service .
