Took my money and no update after reaching out to the customer service team via email and calling. Please do not order from this company. A total rip off. I have opened a dispute with my bank. I have trusted Brad's deals for discounts, but it looks like I will no longer use them.

Do NOT buy. Seriously, the ring tarnished within a couple months and they only have a 30 day return policy. Very smart of them because their jewelry is crap.

I bought a wedding ring set to use for travel and when I wore it for the first several days the stones turned cloudy and grey. What an embarrassment to pass this jewelry off as anything acceptable. after two days i put the rings away to return them. As I had traveled out of the country for two weeks the return by 30 days had passed. They would not bend on the policy OR exchange them. What a SCAM

Ordered necklace for my granddaughters bday. Over a month later still haven't received anything. Customer service is poor. They responded sorry. It will be shipped soon. Well her birthday has come and gone. It still hasn't been shipped. Will never order from them again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a necklace for my mother’s birthday about a month ago and still do not have it. Shipping says 48 hours to process and around a week for shipping. When I look at my shipping tracker it still says “preparing for shipment”. I have contacted customer service twice, with no response. I now have no item for her birthday and have not received my money back.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. They sent the wrong order delayed back and forth emails and then just went dark. Awful company.

BUYER BE WARE! Don’t purchase anything from this company! I mean NOTHING! They got me too! I ordered the silver stacked RING and less than a month they tarnished!! Reach out to their useless customer service and they asked me to send pics. I did, and they then requested I send better pics! You can see the tarnished rings in my original pics. I know they are trying to wear me down before the 30 day warranty to get a refund or replacement expires. Please don’t purchase from this jewelry!
