They suck! Took 2 years to get my Castlevania collectors edition. All other collectors editions took over a year! My orders average over a year wait. Buy from Play Asia instead ! They often have the same games (in English) and they are cheaper !!!! Plus they ship out right away !!!!

Don't waste your time, tried to pre-order a title off their website, the prices are ridiculous, and on top of that, I've read online that they aren't as legit as they seem, just google it and they do some shady things. They are a company that makes physical copy of games, but they are overpricing their goods, I don't even thing they have license for some items, but I got no proof, they make millions of dollars in a single day, and they can't do any deals, if you search Limited Run Games shady busienss, you get the truth to this company, suggest you stay away for your own safety. Just youtube The Truth About Limited Run Games, and also know that if you do get it you have to wait 12 months almost, and may not include all dlc and or data on the physical copy of the game. P.S They feed off fear of missing out on items, and uses that to make profits on extortion of their prices.

I wanted to buy the RETRO INSPIRED CONTROLLER & ARZETTE THE JEWEL OF FARAMORE BUNDLE. What do you get in this package? One plastic controller in the design of the old Philips CD-I controller. Nothing special. You also get a piece of paper with a download code for the game. That's it. Nothing else but the box. Price to buy it? USD?$54.99. Price to buy it from Australia? $219 AUD. The shipping costs for a light piece of plastic and a paper card costs literally MORE than 3x the price. In what way can you even justify that? Well, I guess I miss out on that because of their terrible business practices, especially with it being limited time only.

I logged onto their website trying to check on the status of my order. The page didn't load properly. Then I got an email stating that my pre-order was canceled. Thinking that this is an easy fix, I contacted customer service by email. The rep Conor replied, stating that they cannot fix the problem becauseI initiated the cancelation. I explained the chain of event to him, and his answer was the same. I asked to speak to a manager but was ignored. This is awful customer service! I bought from them for years, and I still have other pre-orders, but I think I will cancel them. Often, I find physical copies of the games in Asian markets. Will go to those sites instead. I can't believe Limited Run won't make things right when it was clearly their fault.
