Shipping has been like watching paint dry. Taking way too long to ship an in hand item. It has been over 2 weeks now and limited run customer service are not updating the shipping or giving me a time frame when I will get actual shipping tracking or when I can expect receive my order by. I placed an order for dragon star varnir for Nintendo Switch. I paid extra for shipping. I think it's better to buy on Amazon or eBay. I advise people to NOT buy from Limited Run. I'm not sure I trust them. Better to order elsewhere.

Now I can fully appreciate what LRG is doing. It's a good market to have for us gamers who want a physical copy for otherwise digital games. And I am willing to say that they have great product for you to select from. But unfortunately that is if and only if things go well with the shipping process. For a lot of the first time buyers it seems like their Customer service reps have little wiggle room to help with missing packages. From what i gathered from reviews on LRG is that you are basically left to fend as a first time buy (not always the case it seems) while if you are a veteran customer you are likely to get better help. My situation is as follows. I purchased the Scott Pilgram $60 collection and had to do an address change. I got a few emails saying that my item was almost ready to ship. I kept a close eye on my item and it was in ready status. No tracking number. then I checked again and saw that the item was shipped. when i checked the shipping it said that the item was delivered a week prior to when I checked for the final time and i did not get the package. They are telling me that I have to go thru USPS myself even though I did not know the package was delivered until a week later because the website didnt post it until then. And when I asked for this part to be addressed on why that was the case my customer service rep skipped over that. Now I know that if i request a refund thru my bank there is a chance LRG will black list me so I am trying my best and be patient about getting the game. But it doesnt seem like they want to budge on giving me a replacement or giving me a refund. I think I am going to give them another week which is sad because I was truly looking forward to the game and product they sold but it looks like that if this is how they will do business. Maybe I should not be a customer for them. Again I love what they do and I am happy for the people who get the items they pay for. But it just sucks that I and a lot of other people had such bad experiences that I have to say purchase at your own risk...

I ordered the KO edition of Scott Pilgrim and waited constantly. Other editions were released and delivered but the best I got was a twitter update in June saying should be im production soon. I reached out recently to see if they had an eta and all they said was "eventually." With poor service and updates like this I would not conduct business with this company.

Republic commandos are was supposed to be a LRG exclusive. Hence it being on limited run games. But yet you can pre order it from GameStop along side Star Wars Racers for $29.99!!!!! LRG has scammed us again. We paid $30 and sometimes much more for a single game. And we’re told this is “ LIMITED” Well it’s not. Games arrived in terrible shape. This is not acceptable. Games arrive beat to hell. You pay for a game and you MIGHT get it 5-6 months later. Never wasting money with them again. I’m canceling all of my orders and doing a chargeback for the 10 games I have waiting to be either made or shipped. Never again.

I purchase many different items for many different hobbies and interests from online shops all over the world and I can honestly say, this Limited Run Games shopping experience is the absolute worst of anything I’ve had to deal with. I don’t have the energy to spend much time on this, but I feel I need to warn potential customers of the delay and hassle you are highly likely to experience, so you can decide before ordering, whether or not it is worth the hassle. I have decided I shall never deal with this company again. The products simply do not merit this level of effort and involvement in order for the customer to receive their items. Absolutely shocking way to run a business. Unfortunately I certainly do not seem to be an isolated case. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid !!!

I ordered a game that shipped April 12th. I was provided an incorrect tracking number initially and was told to wait 30 days to file a lost in transit claim. After 30 days I messaged to advise that it has not arrived and tracking has not updated. LRG waited two days to reply and then replied with a screenshot stating that it updated after the 30 days (May 14th) to say "Shipping information Received" and to wait another 30 days (now 60 days total) and didn't go ahead with the lost claim as expected based on their own dates provided. No attempt to correct the situation whatsoever. This is on top of their site providing incorrect links to customers for tracking as well. Terrible experience from all angles.

1 est la note minimale sinon j'aurais mis 0. Collector Streets of Rage commandé en mars l'année dernière et toujours pas livré à ce jour. Limited Run refuse de considérer les colis comme perdus alors qu'il n'y a plus de mis à jour de suivi depuis janvier dernier, et me demande d'attendre que le transporteur leur retourne les colis pour que je sois remboursé. Que le Covid créé des difficultés de transit ou que le transporteur en ait profité pour joyeusement piocher dans les colis cela s'entend malheureusement, mais de là à faire porter la responsabilité de la bonne livraison sur l'acheteur, c'est lamentable, si ce sont eux les garants de la survie du support physique, autant passer au tout numérique immédiatement. Bref, site de vente à fuir vous l'aurez compris.

Don't mind waiting for my items but can they ship it in a better box and put some bubble wrap to protect it for God's sake. If I'm spending this kind of money I would expect you to spend a few more pennies to get a better box. Boxes are cheap. Also been seeing more people have the same problem. Will not be buying from them again.
