Havn't run into any of the issues other people have. I pre-ordered Scott Pilgrim back in January, emails kept me up to date and I received the item in perfect working condition today since I live in the UK. Only thing I encountered was my tracking coming up as invalid after a while but upon contacting the company I got a response within a few hours which told me it would resume within about 5 days which it did so this must be a known thing with the courier. If theres anything they could improve, it would be notifying customers that the product had been dispatched since I only found out 2 weeks after when I checked the status on my account. Other than that, perfect. Will definitely buy from them again.

While I am still waiting to receive two (now three orders), I can say that in the meantime, the customer support has been excellent. I had an awkward and tricky request to split an order to receive part of it sooner and Jose, my agent, was incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient in helping me. I expect my orders to arrive in a timely fashion because of this. Thank you so much!

I know LRG gets a bum wrap but that is because it is a site for collectors and collectors are very particular. Also noticed buyers on LRG are very impatient. LRG offer rare physical game purchases and if it weren’t for them many of the people complaining wouldn’t even get the chance to buy their stuff...they are legit also

This is a fantastic company. Yes the customer service could do with an overhaul but to be able to buy physical games that otherwise would only be available digitally is a great option to have. Also the people complaining that most games are not Limited anymore are just being selfish. It’s great that everyone gets the opportunity to enjoy these games and not miss out because some people ordered two. One to display and one to play. Or worst to resell. That’s just not fair and this way everybody wins.

While some people complain about the delays, and the fact that some of the games they sell are either sold later by other companies or sold in BestBuy, I'm just glad they exist to sell some of the games that would not be available otherwise. There are so many releases that they've made possible that would have been digital only without them. Also, so many of these other "limited release" companies would not exist had they not become successful. They are always up-front about their policies, exclusivity, etc. There are no "games." No lies. These people care about the products they make and do a great job.

Great company but you have to be patient with a order. They take long but this is because it is made for you after you place it. It will take time but it will work out in the end and you have a great product.

A great, small company. If you are patient and polite, you’ll get the same treatment back- I say this because it’s clear some video game fans can become enraged very quickly over... well, anything. I believe LRG has a no harassment policy, which is smart. Whenever I’ve created a ticket I tend to hear back within a week. If you don’t hear back my guess is that they can’t give certain information yet. Their shipping dates are estimates only (if you read the website when placing an order, it’s not a specific shipping date). There are sometimes production issues that arise and they provide updates explaining why things are delayed. They are very transparent about their manufacturing process; their items tend to be preorders so sometimes they make quantities based on the number of orders, which is a great way to handle items that are more in demand. The two and three week windows for placing pre-orders is a godsend- makes everything way less stressful. Love it that they worked out a deal with Best Buy which is when I’ve occasionally been able to pick up titles. They also work with “mom n pop” video game stores (who sometimes put up their stock online), which is also lovely. Some titles, of course, are actually more limited. I tend to have things shipped to Canada and things have always arrived in perfect condition. Also, they use several tracking order methods, depending on where you live (which is great because Canada Post doesn’t supply tracking info on international shipments). Only thing I would say is that if you are shopping for a game gift and need it ASAP, this is not how the company operates (as in its not just a storefront with stock). Anyway, if you prefer owning physical copies of games, they’re a great company!
