I ordered the Scott Pilgrim vinyl in January of 2021 and still have not received it. They never send updates, they take forever to respond to emails and when you get a response they act as if you’re the one in the wrong for not knowing that they’re NOT the ones at fault. It’s the vinyl supplier. It’s the shipping departments. It’s the pandemic (which at this point is no longer an excuse). Never the fault of their own. I will never order from this company again and would strongly STRONGLY urge others to do the same. And yes, still no vinyl. Still waiting.

I have made the order #2272390 and paid for it. Then, I decided to cancel it, and ask the company to arrange the refund. They "did" that, but till now, I did not receive my money. They send me some "fake" screenshots proving that the transaction was processed, but in reality, my bank does not see anything. When I asked them to provide more specific details that the bank requested, they chose the option to simply ignore me. I do not recommend these phoneys and their services to anyone. I will try to arrange the investigation from the side of my bank, as I do not have any issues with refunds from other companies - Amazon, E-bay, local vendors - all of them return money within couple of days. Here, nothing is still clear. Looks like they just stole my money and create numerous excuses to protect themselves. Update: as you can see, they still continue sending the same information all over again. I told them many times that my bank and myself, we did not receive anything. They could send/steal money and pretend that something was sent/processed. Please be aware of that and think twice before collaborating with this site. I want to work with them, but they simply ignore all my messages and requests that my bank issued.

These guys were someone I bought from for years! Many of them! Generally if you get a standard edition of a game, I think you will get it eventually and be happy with what you get. But if you get a CE, it's an utter toss of the die to see if you get what you ordered. Tons of stuff coming in not like the mockups at all, or of absolutely cheap quality. Doom Classics Collection had a CE with a reprint of the Doom comic book, and the pages look like they are abhorrent scans lazily printed on paper. The quality of the page itself feels fine, so why the heck is the scan so awful? Getting the Blaster Master Zero 3 Collector's Edition after a year of waiting, only for it to be broken in shrinkwrap was also totally laughable, since they packed it super well and the box was in great shape, meaning it had to be like that at the factory. The print quality of the NES Cart label is also way worse than the one they made a year prior for the other two BMZ games. They're cheaping out on components while the cost of their CEs gets absurdly high, and the CEOs are abysmal at replying to feedback. One of them literally pestered me in my private messages offering to "help" despite me offering public solutions to fix all of this, which is to improve communication and quality control across the board, but instead they want to bury the fact their QC on Collector Editions are just absolutely poor. Instead of jumping into Twitter DMs or doing an AMA where you ignore most of the critical questions, maybe focus on improving Quality Control now instead of constantly saying "We'll hire more staff" like you have for the past two years.

I had one interaction with the company. A single purchase where I had a problem with their shipping that seemingly took forever. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They kept pushing back the shipping time until I realized it was not gonna come for Christmas. In fact, it took a year. I complained about the shipping time to their customer service. I was basically to blame for thinking it would take over a year to ship when it originally said in the purchase info at the time it was gonna take 4-5 months. Wow, garbage customer support and terrible company!

When you order it will take at minimum a year to get your item and there is no transparency at all on when that will be. You get a quarter estimate and that’s that. Items routinely get delayed by quarters at a time with no communication, and on top of that prices are absurd. You also cannot refund your purchase, if they delay the item another six months, too bad. You’re screwed. Stay far away from this Mickey Mouse operation.

Tarda una eternidad en que recibas el pedido y para que te comuniques con ellos y te respondan es una odisea, compre el gunvolt edicion especial en enero, y hasta el dia de hoy 7 de julio no he recibido nada, si les pides que te devuelvan el dinero, no te responden, son unos sinvergüenzas.
