My order arrived well packaged and everything looked exactly like it did online. The quality was great and I’m very happy with my purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE IT IS A SCAM! First, the product is of such bad quality that it would make Shein look high-end. Then, when I tried to return it immediately after receiving it, per their policy, I reached out three times to request a return label. According to their policy, anything sent back without their explicit approval and a return label would not be accepted. The issue is that they never responded to my multiple request to send me the return label.

I bought two dresses for my daughter. She loved one of the dresses- the material, cut etc. I ordered two different colors to decide between but it’s impossible to return. The only way to return is to email them and get a response with instructions. I have emailed numerous times and have not gotten a single response. So it’s a $100 loss for me.

I requested return approval and the company got back to me immediately needing some more information about my return. I provided the information and have been unable to get any response since. I need a return code from Lilystudio to complete my return and they are ignoring my requests.

Lily studio is totally scam business. My parcel never arrives. I tried to contact them so many times and never replied. Terrible. I don't know why Google allowed thus scam spread whole website. I lost so much money because lily studio.

The quality of the clothing is fantastic, especially for the price point. I was a bit nervous about sizing, but I followed the chart on their website, and both items fit perfectly. The cut of the dress is incredibly flattering! Overall, I am thrilled with my experience. I'll definitely be a returning customer for their beautiful, timeless pieces. If you're on the fence, I highly recommend giving them a try!
