WARNING SCAM ALERT. THIS IS NOT A SAFE OR LEGITIMATE WEBSITE. THEY HARVEST DATA TO SELL AND TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Items needing return are a nightmare. They typically will not refund your money or send you back a partial payment and encourage you to keep the items. Also, providing you with the discount coupon code that you could use on your next visit. Which never worked the end of the charging me full price on 2 items that I intended to use that refund discount coupon on that. Never happens. Many emails to the company to rectify the situation went once unanswered. I would not recommend. Ordering from this company at all

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a scam. I placed an order and tried to contact them 3 times via e-mail and also called a number that American Express helped me find and it's disconnected. Now I have to wait 30 days for my dispute because the "company" is international in Germany and they give vendors 30 days for international issues. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!

Don't believe that 30 day return policy that shows up first on their website. They don't honor it. Further down they have a 15 day return policy for the exact same purchases and 15 days is all they give you even if you purchased directly from their website.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY MY ORDER SAYS WAITING TO BE P/U FROM CARRIER FOR 3 WEEKS. NO RESPONSE FROM MANY EMAILES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'M JUST WAITING TO HEAR.... WE SHIPPED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS JUST LIKE THE OTHER CUSTOMER

Bad Quality. Bad Customer Service.

LITERALLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I an ordered a bathing suit well over two months ago. They said they shipped it to the wrong address and provided proof of delivery, but I went to the house where they shipped it to and they said they never received it. Lilyease was not willing to re-ship the bathing suit or credit me back even though I never received it and I have the receipt showing that my shipping address was correct. I have been going back and forth with them for over a month now on email, providing pictures of my front door, my drivers license with the correct address, all of my information and still no bathing suit!!! Do not order from this company. They are a scam and will not make anything right even after taking your money. I will be disputing this with my credit card and get my refund that way.

Will not respond to emails in regards to returns. I’ve requested 3 different times with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY even though the products are good. Like anything else you order online there is a risk that it doesn’t fit your body type. If that’s the case, you have thrown away your money!!! I ordered 3 swim suits, all which need returned. Learned my lesson!!!!
