I placed an order for 2 items on Feb 20th and further order on Feb 21st. Payment taken for both orders. Have not received any confirmation email for either order. On website it states 2nd order dispatched but first larger order still processing. I’ve opened ticket and tried to contact customer service but no acknowledgment of this or reply I have no idea what is happening with my order very concerned

I placed an order, received no confirmation of this but they took my money. They do not respond to emails, furthermore even though they have a uk customer service email address, this is a Chinese company. They seem to have various addresses under various names. DO NOT BUY FROM LILYEASE.

I ordered 3 pcs. The order inquiry said it would ship in 3 days. When I received no communication I emailed customer service and they told me they were out of stock and that possibly they would be back in stock in a few weeks. I explained i was going away and needed a more definitive time frame. CS told me I was welcome to get a refund or choose something else. I sent photos of other choices from their cataloged and inquired about availability and was told they needed an SKU. (Skus are not on the cataloge page) I emailed CS back and said never mind and I felt I was getting the run around with these continuous petty emails back and forth asking me for info they already have. I asked to cancel the whole order and credit my credit card. I am getting no response now from my emails. My order still shows in their system as no shipped yet they have my money. I don't recommend ordering from them

Package sent and not delivered appropriately. Left on bin and likely stolen. Over £100 worth of swimwear. No refund and reorder. Will not be using this firm again. There is no security in their delivery process. Just left outside of house.

I order a swim outfit. Paid for it as i have proof from my card where payment was taken have not received confirmation email about the order plus no one is responding to my email. Very disappointing

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I have been trying to get information to return at item for days now and this company keep sending me counter offers rather than return information. Offers like ‚keep the item and we will refund a portion of the value‘ or keep it and receive a gift voucher for the site. Each return email takes then 24 hours to answer. I believe they are based in and shipping from China. BE AWARE THAT IT IS UNLIKELY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RETURN AN ITEM.

I am still waiting for my refund 20+ days since they received the returned merchandise. I email daily asking for updates to rectify. No satisfaction. Do NOT order anything from this place. My order simply did not fit & i had no use or reason to keep them. I paid for shipping to return. That was stated in their policy so I had no problem with that. I have a big problem not receiving my refund though. 10/10 do NOT recommend
