Lilyease looks to have some great looking swimwear. They advertise non-stop on social media. Having learned the hard way, I checked out who owns Lilyease. No surprise, it is impossible to find out. Also, note, no phone number; nothing about the founders of the company; and a whole lot of fake-sounding 5-star reviews. Sizing is way off as well. Not at all accurate. Save your time and money and shop with reputable, transparent retailers.

I bought from Lilyease.com in Nov 25. My order unfortunately went to a wrong address & it was returned to sender. I have emailed the Customer Support Service back & forth since Nov 25 to have another set of swimwear sent out or refund me. They continue to email with no concern to rectify the issue. There is no phone number to speak to any one at the company? I just keep going round in circles!! Continued from this review- I contacted them AGAIN as of their reply to this review, only to be told by them my return/refund policy had run out!! I had contacted them only weeks after my order went to the wrong address, which by the way I had to investigate with NZ post to find my own parcel!! This level of customer service is unacceptable. " Want to help resolve it" has yet to be seen. 26 May 2026 UPDATE- My order to refund or send my order back to me has STILL not been rectified!!!! They are now ignoring my emails, I have asked for a customer service phone number to talk to an actual person but to no avail!!? They have told me their refund policy for me has ran out, how can this be when I was following up with my order only weeks after posting out to me. UP to now they have stolen my money!! STILL as of 19/8/26 no one has responded to my recent emails, they are just ignoring me now!! PLEASE IF YOU READ THIS LILYEASE REFUND ME!!

I placed an order for 3 swimsuits in Febuary, to date i havn't had a single communication, shipping update, finaly emailed the company to ask about my order, only to be told all Bathing suits were out of stock, i opted to wait another couple of weeks for swimwear to come back into stock, i am still waiting, almost April now, very dissapointed, if product is out of stock it should state that on the web site and also on a post order email

Ordered 2 swimsuits and was very careful not to order final sale items as I was aware of the return policy. Scammers only refunded 80% of one suit. Buyer beware.. The order had pkg with a USA address but you best bet this is a company based in CHINA. Inaccurate sizing charts as well. Don't do it!

SCAM. Based on the good reviews here, and reassurance that returns were easy, I ordered a few items to try. They were not cheap. I wanted to keep some and return some. I am inside the return period, but LilyEase are refusing returns, saying it was a "FINAL SALE" item and no returns are possible. Don't expect to be able to do returns or exchanges.

Would have given them ZERO star but it's not an option. Website was .co.uk and return address on package was Hounslow however when I tried to return the items which were unsuitable the return address was China and they refused to refund one of the two items, this was after numerous emails offering discount to keep the items or a voucher to use for future purchases (as if)!! AVOID, ABSOLUTE SHYSTERS.

I bought a full price swimsuit. When it arrived it was unsuitable and I wished to return it. I notified Lilyease the very day it arrived only to be informed that the design I had purchased, AT FULL PRICE, was now in their sale and so under their terms of contract could NOT BE RETURNED!!! THE PRODUCT WAS NOT REDUCED WHEN I PURCHASED IT!!! HOW WAS I TO KNOW THAT IT WOULD BE REDUCED BETWEEN MY ORDERING IT AND ITS DELIVERY?

Far too small. Apparantly no returns if on sale. I won't be buying from them again, sale or no sale.
