Great Customer Service. My first time buying from this company and after 10 working days the item had not shipped. When I questioned them they came back immediately to say the item was out of stock but expected it to be back in soon and then gave me options of a full refund immediately or wait for the item. I brought to item to take on holidays but still had some weeks before leaving so decided to wait as it was exactly what I wanted. 2 weeks later I got notification that the item was being shipped and I have now received it with time to spare! And, it's perfect! Would not hesitate to use them again. I would give the item a 5 star rating but could only give them 4 stars on this occasion as they sold an item they didn't have & I had to initiate the query.
