The outfit did not fit well and when I tried to return it I was told to send it to China and pay the postage. An email trail ensued with offers of partial refund and I eventually went with 65% refund as I was sick of it Outfit was horrible - didn't fit - nothing like the photos I threw it in the bin as no-one would take it

I only got less than half of what I paid for! They said that the shipping company was at fault and that they wouldn’t refund the items that were not in the parcel if the shipping company didn’t refund them! I didn’t pick the shipping company and I didn’t have any choice for alternatives or insurance. It could be lilyease who didn’t pack all the items! Rip off! 😕 I would not recommend!

Not happy with communication/ tracking! And to be honest my purchase wasn’t what I expected , really not impressed but that’s what you get for buying online I guess

I ordered a swimsuit over a week ago and although, after I paid, it was indicated that I would get a confirmation email with tracking, the confirmation never came. I have twice contacted the Liliease service team. A week has passed and they have not responded. The payment has been debited to my credit card but I doubt that my costume will ever arrive. It seems that this company is probably a scammer. Three weeks later, despite the reply to this email which is ridiculous as they have my correct email address, still no costume. Do not, under any circumstance, deal with this company. They are absolute scammers!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! After contacting them to see where my order was, I was told they were out of stock. Was given the option to wait until back in stock. Order never arrived. Getting a refund from them is proving impossible. SCAMMERS.

The smimsuit was a very small size M, like a size 10. I was not permitted to return it to swap for a larger size even with the swim suit is now on sale at a cheaper price. Very disappointing. Would not purchase from this company again.

I placed an order 7/13/26 and received an email from "Jane" 7/14/26 asking to clarify my shipping address, so I did. I received another email from Jane 7/15/26 indicating there was a "system mismatch"between my zip code and the address with prevented them from locating the address. Once again I confirmed my zip code. 7/15/26 Jane asked if I had another mailing address, and I said no! 7/16/26 Jane said the system could not locate my address so my order could not be fulfilled. I replied asking if I would receive a refund. No response. 7/I9/26 I replied again directly asking for a refund- no response. There is no location on the website to leave a review. I believe the site is a scam and I will be reporting it.

I recently purchased a swimsuit from LilyEase. I took full body measurements prior to deciding the size to order. I used the size guide provided on their website to determine what size to order. Despite doing this, the swimsuit was much too big for me. (I was going to order a smaller size prior to taking these measurements). I contacted the company after I had tried on the swimsuit to let them know of my problem. Their response was that there could be no return or exchange because it was a final sale item. I believe that the swimsuit is not fit for purpose because it is too big despite using their size guidelines. I believe that my email address was then blocked after the company had replied to my concern. I then emailed the company using a different email address and received the same response.
