LilyeaseReviews of lilyease.com

I like the product and want to ex hange for a smaller size but so far have not been advised how to do this

Nowhere did it say my purchases were final sale items, they don’t fit and they’re now saying I can’t return sale items. Very very dishonest and sneaky by lying and saying something that’s not true. I didn’t want a refund, just to change size. So rude.

This company's "policy" for returns is contrary to UK consumer law. They insist that their policy does not allow returns for sale items, trying to pretend that this overrides the customer's rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. I am guessing that they get away with this dishonest behaviour, because most customers don't know their rights. I hope that this information will at least be a warning to any customer who considers buying from them. My advice would be to find a more honest retailer. UPDATE 14/9/26: Note how the seller's disingenuous response carefully ignores the fact that they're breaking UK law by not allowing refunds on a sale item. I repeat: dropping the price does NOT allow a retailer to ignore the law. Nor does having a "policy", nor saying it on their website, enable them to enforce conditions that are against UK law. I repeat my advice to anyone who reads this review, to steer clear of this dishonest retailer.

I couldn’t view the tracking information until after I contacted the company about not being able to see it. Only then did I receive a screenshot showing “delivered”, but with no details confirming delivery to my address. My order has gone missing, and I was told that I have to initiate an investigation myself. I asked the company to do this, and all communication from them has stopped. I’m really disappointed — I haven’t received the swimsuits, and the lack of support has been frustrating. I wish I was one of their ‘happy customers’, but I’m not. DON’T RISK YOUR MONEY. If the company is reading this, my order number is 7790503133289.

I purchased the romper swimsuit. It is 2 sizes too big on me, it just hangs like a sack and has no support either. I tried to return it but was told that sale items are non refundable. Please read the fine print before purchasing. I had high hopes with this after being bombarded with their social media campaign! This swimsuit is going straight to the bin

Purchased 2 items, would like to return or exchange for different size, can not get any answers from their email, no response at all. Would not recommend
