Spent the Time to work out an issue

I decided to give this smaller company a try after seeing how expensive their competitor and industry leader was and I'm glad I did! The first pendant tracker they sent me was a bit flaky but their customer service rep literally walked me step by step through testing and shipping me the newer model for free! He even offered to call me at home after work at night to help expedite the process, which at first I thought was weird but then realized how much easier it was! He was very pleasant and easy to work with! Easily the best customer service experience I've had in many years and the replacement model worked great out of the box! Definitely would buy from them again!

I have purchased many Lil Tracker watches over the years (because my kids are feral not because of durability issues) and I recommend them to any parent who needs a way to keep in touch with their kid without delving into cell phones. The product works really well, it’s fairly priced & I appreciate that I can bring a sim card from other carriers so I am able to shop around for the best deal that works for us. But thing that jumps out for me is how great their customer support is. Jonathon & Jaya care about their customers & the company stands behind their product. After I made my last purchase Jonathon reached out to me because I have bought several watches, feral kids, and he wanted to make sure everything was OK. Has Amazon or Target ever been proactive like that?!? Maybe it’s because they’re Canadian, IDK, but it was a warm & fuzzy experience for this cold, jaded American.

I got an answer right away, even after hours. It was a quick fix, but it was very important to me that someone called me to follow up on my concerns. The watch is extremely helpful to check my son where is out for fieldtrips, or if he needs me to pick him up from anywhere. I recommend this watch to any parent at my school and summer camp with young kids.

My wife has Alzheimer's and has a tendency to wander so we need to be able to track her. She removes or loses air tags so an Apple watch with a lockable strap (if we could find one) seemed like a good idea. I searched the internet for one and eventually came across this one from Lil Tracker - nothing suitable in the UK. The customer service has been spectacular. Plenty of advice at the start about what would be suitable and how to fit it to the watch (including providing a link to a company selling adapters) then very helpful support re delivery. As parcel post was expensive, Jonathan suggested using ordinary letter post, which was much cheaper, if I was prepared to take the risk. I was. The postal strike slowed things down but Jonathan kept me fully informed and once sent, the strap arrived within 2 days. Amazing. It is robust yet comfortable and does the job perfectly. It can't be removed without the key which my wife thinks is a good thing as it helps to keep her watch safe so positive all round. I would have no hesitation in recommending you. Thanks again.
