Should be called Lil Phone
I purchased this for my husband who has dementia. It seemed to have everything I was looking for since he no longer understands how to use a phone. The locating feature is "meh", not terrible but not super accurate. It only updated every 10 mins. That's an issue if you're using it as a tracker. The fall detection is wonky. One night my husband stumbled while I was in the room with him & the watch made a chiming noise but it took 15 mins to send a notification to my phone. Which admittedly is better than not knowing at all... but not ideal. The customer service is fantastic & quite helpful. He told me that it is a "communication device" & he's 100% correct. If you're wanting a phone-type device, it's great. If you're wanting a wearable GPS tracker with fall detection, I wouldn't recommend it.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, and especially for your kind words about our customer service. We’re sorry that the location tracking did not fully meet your expectations. We have since made improvements to the way Wi-Fi-based locations are handled on many devices, and we recently reached out privately in case that update could still be useful. We also wanted to clarify one point because there may have been some confusion between safe-zone notifications and fall alerts. Safe-zone alerts can depend on the watch’s location update interval and signal conditions, so they may not always be immediate. Fall alerts, however, are designed to be sent immediately once a fall is detected. If that was not your experience, we would absolutely want to help troubleshoot it. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and the opportunity we had to speak with you about your husband’s needs.
