I was preparing for a trip to Palm Beach and noticed their store online on the street. I checked the items and chose one dress to try before I ordered more. It was more than a disappointment. It was so cheaply made, I could have done better myself. The seams were crooked, lacking the appropriate ways of seaming, they were clearly rapidly machine stiched, and it was made in Peru. I will not wear it for fear someone thinks I made it. How this company made a name for itself is beyoud me.

I wish I could leave zero stars. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH JALAHN. Worst customer service ever. Twice a package was sent overnight. The second box has been sitting in Nashville over a week. Lilly Pulitzer does not consider it lost and will not issue a refund until I send the product back to them. Never again! BUYER BEWARE!

Love Lilly clothing but highly disappointed in their customer service that is totally lacking. They do not publish their customer care contact phone number on their website which is telling about the company) . The online customer care is a bot that of course cannot handle your issue- when you do call their customer service after inquiring online to find the number for ( which I was told is a very small call center) you will have a long wait time….. do not believe and pay for expedited shipping as they will blame the shipper ( when in reality it is their slowness in fulfillment) 2 day delivery is more like 4 day—- and they charge $$ Wish I read these reviews ahead of time😞

I have been a Lilly Pulitzer customer for over 40 years! I have purchased over $100,000. of Lilly merchandise over this time frame! Recently, an order, via FedEx showed a photo, taken from the FedEx Truck at our driveway, with no package in the photo. Customer Service at Lilly Pulitzer claims that a photo of our driveway is proof that the package was delivered! I asked to speak to a supervisor, and I was told she could get back to me within 3-5 Business Days! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, AND I WILL NEVER BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS THIS POOR!

Never again! Love their merchandise but Customer Service is non-existent. Don’t answer calls, chat is never available, and no response to emails. Returned one pair of pants purchased with gift card and credit card. Received credit card portion but not gift card amount. No viable contact option. Will never deal with this Customer Serviceless company again!

Terrible customer service, 48 min on hold!!! Scammers!! Spent $401, picked the gift only to find out that some kind of reward of $10 was applied to not to send a gift. WOW!!!! GREAT JOB LILLY PULITZER!!!

I wish I could give this company negative stars. I was excited to place an order for an upcoming trip and bonus- there was rewards if I placed the order that day. I placed the order and noticed a few days later that my charge on my card was still pending. I called customer service to find out why. Allegedly, there was something incorrect with with my billing address. This company does not follow up with emails or correspondence I was told they receive too many orders each day to provide such service. Not sure how they survive! There was no accountability or apology. Products are cute, but not worth the horrible service!

1st time ordering with this company & received the wrong item. Tried to call customer service & was on hold for over 45 minutes. I decided to try the call back feature & the number called me back 2 hours later & no one was on the line. HORRIBLE! Do not order from this company!
