I am a designer and have been making purchases for over three years. You cannot beat the prices! I am very happy and have had excellent support when there have been issues. I see a lot of reviews here complaining about timing but I know I get some products in less than a week but extra large chandeliers and furniture I know can take a up to month when things ship by truck. I just received an Arteriors Tilda chandelier really amazing. They said it will ship in about 4 weeks and it did. Then took 5 days travel time to Mass. with a delivery appointment. What really makes it for me is the live chat help. I get live help at all hours, really excellent tech support.

I was surprised by these reviews I have made several larger order with lighttrends. Best prices and I am always able to reach customer service on their live chat every very late at night. My latest order from Arteriors just arrived in perfect condition.
