I ordered a lamp almost three weeks ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. I reached out to customer service and they said it was in the “allocation process”. I asked for my money back and will be calling my credit card to cancel the charge. What a giant waste of time.

Ordered over £200 worth of lights no communication on delivery they apparently tried to redeliver twice with no joy then to say the shipment was lost After asking if I would like a refund I said yes but wanted me to send them my bank details They said they couldn’t refund back to card used with Apple Pay as technical issues after asking again to retry they said they can’t Uncomfortable giving bank details via email as requested I am now reporting the transaction to the bank to investigate

Unfortunatley I’m unable to leave even a lower rating. Horrible customer service, items orden not in stock) this wasn’t stated at check out. After weeks of no answer I canceled the order. Now trying to get them To refund money I’m rightfully owed is a joke. This company is a sham, would never recommend.

I have never dealt with such an incompetent company full of excuses. I placed an order on Mar 17 of which my credit card was charged immediately. 30 days and several excuses later my order still had not shipped. I requested to cancel my order of which they did sending confirmation email and stating my refund would be issued. Well as of today more than 3 weeks later, and more excuses I still have not received a credit to my card. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered 6 outdoor lanterns. Two arrived broken and one was not the correct one. I have been in touch with customer service but have not heard back. No one answers at the number provided and the only way to get in touch is by email.

UPDATE TO INITIAL REVIEW: The 7 lamps I ordered arrived on 3/14, and they are simply beautiful. If your schedule allows weeks for a delivery, the product selection is lovely. Endless Delivery Schedule. I placed an order for some greal looking light fixtures at an attractive price on Jan 31, 2026 and they promptly processed my credit card payment the same day. 39 DAYS LATER, lights.com cannot provide a shipping confirmation. Customer Support department is always prompt to reply to my emails but Very Sorry and they give me ever-extending future "expected" shipping date on the 5 times I wrote to them.

I ordered 2 light fixtures for my bath remodel on Dec 10, 2025. I kept checking and no update so I called and talked to a person named Yaz. She said a few more weeks and I said I want to cancel. She said if you don’t cancel I will give you 10% off but I refused. I said when can I expect refund and she said this Monday but no refund of course. I called 1/6 to ask about refund and she gave me a big story. On 1/7 I got a text from FedEx they were delivering a package from Comfort Lights which were the lights I ordered. Don’t believe anything these people say! I was lucky to get my lights even tho it took a month.The lights look very nice and I am so glad I didn’t buy new ones!

It took me 4 months to receive my order of two pendant lights. I ordered them in July and expected them within a month. When they did not arrive, I contacted the company and was told that they were on a cargo ship and the order was going to be delayed even longer. They said that they would contact me but never did. The only way I ever got a status update was when I reached out to them. In the end I got them in December but it was a disappointing experience.
