Hidden 25% restocking fee on returns! Beware!
Placed an order for off the mill light fixtures - a bunch of them - for my new house. Accidentally bought more than I needed and started a return, which is when I was slapped with a ridiculous and completely unjustifiable 25% restocking fee and return shipping on top of that. I'm losing 30% of my money for a boxed product which I would be able to return free of charge at any big box store or specialized retailed with non-predatory policilies. You'd be better off buying what you need elsewhere. Lightology is a scammy business, stay away.
