Very positive experience! Will buy again
I'm baffled by the negative reviews, but I guess Trust Pilot is mainly a place for angry customers to vent. I had an extremely positive experience. My riding buddy showed me his LightMode kit in person a long time ago and raved about the quality/design so I bit the bullet and purchased my own a year-ish ago. Never been more satisfied with a niche product. Before I purchased, I asked their support if their light strips would work with my Shoei RF-1400 and they gave me such a thoughtful reply with install examples on that exact helmet. Been riding with it for a year and still have no issues. I heard they made the insulation layer more durable a while back. Mine must have that update cause my LED strips still look like new - no cosmetic damage (and I throw my helmet around a lot lol). Well worth the price point IMO.
