Lighting New YorkReviews of lightingnewyork.com

I have been using LNY as a pro for several years. Most transactions go off without a hitch, questions/concerns always responded to timely. When there is a problem it is handled easily. Many professionals who want a good selection in one place shop here.

These folks are competent. Although my first order had to be returned (it was partially my fault and the return was handled efficiently), the following order I was sent to a factory technician for my particular fan who promptly guided me to the right product.

Easy to navigate website; fair pricing.

Great prices and quality

Exceptional shopping experience after a disappointing one with a competitor. Fast, seamless, return policies clearly stated (we're ordering 2 items to see in person knowing we'll return one), live chat available, and very excited to receive the products! Will shop again.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. If you have any questions about items on the site, don't hesitate to call. They answer the phone quickly and the representatives are so helpful. I just ordered Big Ass Haiku L ceiling fans. The prices here were significantly lower than on the manufacturer's site! If you call, you may even get an unadvertised sale price. Follow up has been excellent.

Great website. Everything I've ordered has been in stock and shipped within a few days. When I've called customer service they were very helpful and efficient. When I'm working on design jobs, this is a great source for me.

Excellent Customer Service! As a first-time buyer on this site, I could not be more pleased! Thank you!
