Mediocre
Mediocre quality on the two children's lamps. This includes the lamps and the lampshades.

Perfect product and fast shipping
I ordered replacement glass shades for my Dale Tiffany waterlily lamp. The shades fit my lamp perfectly, were the color advertised and arrived well packed. They were also competitively priced. I was very pleased.

Great product at best price
Lighting City gave us the best price for the product we were looking for. The service was quick and efficient. Out of the 6 fixtures we purchased, there were several small pieces missing from an opened box. The company sent us the pieces needed quickly. Would order from them again.

warning....
I ordered a ceiling fan fixture and was very disappointed... had two electricians at the house that day doing kitchen remodeling and after much difficulty trying to install the fixture, they opened it to find the neutral feed into the switch was not properly connected in the crimp connector..... this meant if the inside loose wire were to touch the metal of the light, shocks and or worse would have occurred. After calling the company, I received the old "gee, we are sorry" and that was that. Very disappointed for such an expensive light fixture.

Very sorry to hear about the problem with your product. This looks like an issue with defective product from manufacturer. We work with hundreds of different reputable manufacturers and since we only ship brand new products that we receive directly from the manufacturer, we do not have any control over quality issues such as this. In such cases we work with customers and manufacturer to make sure the product gets returned or replaced. I apologize again for the issue, and have let the manufacturer know so that they can ensure proper quality control in the future.

Great products at a good price.
I bought a replacement glass shade and they were the perfect match. The price was the best on the net and because I got three shades the shipping was free. I will use Lighting City again.
