No response in days! Unable to check out with CC even though site says it accepts all. Only paypal is showing up. Looks shady! Not purchasing here.

Two weeks now with no response from their Customer Care. No phone number to call, only an email address or Web form. No payment methods except PayPal actually show up in checkout - despite claims on site that they support various CCs. Any attempt to complete purchase with PayPal FAILS - error message show 'Gateway Failure - Restricted Account'... Not the buyers account (I checked), the merchants account apparently. Appears either out of business or otherwise suspect.

I'm not sure what's going on with this retailer. I placed an order for an item 11 days ago and have not had any updates. The item was listed as in stock and that it would ship in 1-3 days. I have emailed and called multiple times but there have been no responses to any of my inquiries. I payed through paypal, luckily nothing has been charged, it's just listed as processing. So perhaps this retailer is no longer in business but just forgot to disable their website...

Ordered 5 fixtures 3 months ago, paid by credit card at the time of the order. Haven't received anything, and the status says "shipped to warehouse". What does that even mean? I've emailed many times to customer service and sales emails, without any reply. BEWARE! This site appears to be a SCAM to get your credit card number!

I ordered a fan light and a fan, the light came and a globe was cracked. I emailed and they responded right away that they would send a replacement globe. Not only did that never come but neither did the fan. After numerous unanswered calls and emails, I'm finally resorting to contacting my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. What really makes me mad is they list the item as 'shipped' but no tracking....shady.

I ordered a ceiling fan fixture and was very disappointed... had two electricians at the house that day doing kitchen remodeling and after much difficulty trying to install the fixture, they opened it to find the neutral feed into the switch was not properly connected in the crimp connector..... this meant if the inside loose wire were to touch the metal of the light, shocks and or worse would have occurred. After calling the company, I received the old "gee, we are sorry" and that was that. Very disappointed for such an expensive light fixture.

Very sorry to hear about the problem with your product. This looks like an issue with defective product from manufacturer. We work with hundreds of different reputable manufacturers and since we only ship brand new products that we receive directly from the manufacturer, we do not have any control over quality issues such as this. In such cases we work with customers and manufacturer to make sure the product gets returned or replaced. I apologize again for the issue, and have let the manufacturer know so that they can ensure proper quality control in the future.

We ordered a vanity for our bathroom. It was delivered on time, but there were several issues with the item (it didn't match the sketch that could be found online, so the plumbing had to be redone - the basin had a crack and leaked - another part was missing - the door had a scratch). I have spent hours on the phone with mainfaucet employees, all of them were very nice - but the communication between them really didn't work, so I had to call back multiple times. We had to have the plumber come back out, which of course he charged us for. So, overall, not a pleasant experience and it would have been better to buy locally.
