We worked with Lal who was fantastic. Responsive, helpful and accommodating. The special order took forever but that is not their fault. Highly recommend!!

Ordered another ceiling fan, like one that I had purchased 8-9 years prior. I couldn't find the model on website or even the model # on the older fan. I took a photo & emailed it to Lighting by Gregory late on a Friday afternoon and received a very quick reply. I called to order one and was able to speak to the person that had replied to my email. I ordered it and received it the next week.

The service from Lighting By Gregory was great, as it has been in the past. We needed an odd replacement for a broken light and the salesperson who helped us (whose name I forget) was knowledgeable and helpful. The piece had to be ordered from the factory in Italy. They had it shipped right to us. I thought it was going to be a big rigamarole to find it and order it, but it was easy and simple. Easy and simple is my favorite path.

I ordered a high end lamp that had many difficulties. The Management took ownship of the problem and in the end I have the lamp that I wanted and am very pleased. The entire process took almost 6 months. Patience on all sides was the key.

Vanda is tops. My Quoizel chandelier is stunning. Makes me smile. I'm reading this by my Concept Z standing light fixture. So versatile. I always buy my lights and switches at Gregory's.

I found a very good product at a very good price. The service was excellent.
