I worked with Gabby who I’m very impressed with! She was so much help to me! I was new to the area and she worked with me every step of the way to find a place I would be approved with (due to background issues) Her hard work for me didn’t end there she also went above and beyond to make sure I got my cash back! I highly recommend!!!!

Alan is AWESOME!!!!! He is quick to resolve any issue, concern or questions I might have. He helped me find my new home really fast, the process was so each and I received my cash back in just a few days. Light house is the best!!!!

Sydney was super helpful in helping me find an affordable place. It actually turns out the apartment complex I chose hasn't worked with lighthouse in ~10 years. However, since it was listed on the lighthouse app during my search and I did everything correct on my end, they still honored the cash back and just CashApped it to me instead. I would suggest to the lighthouse staff and developers that they go through and update the search results to keep current and avoid any snags. I will be recommending this service to those on the hunt for apartments and rentals.

Great service, free to you, very helpful through entire process, would recommend to everyone looking for apartment and need better prices and variety than apartments.com

This service is great. Sydney, my locator, was super thorough, helpful, kind, responsive and informative. I wanted to start looking super far in advance, and Sydney was super accommodating and helpful in that. Their refund was super easy and fast.

Recently I was in the market for a new home and I came across Lighthouse. I filled out the questionnaire and was later contacted by Ibi who was the most helpful locator EVER!!!! I am so grateful I made the initial contact because with the help of Ibi, I am now enjoying my new home. I am forever grateful! And the reward program is an added bonus! Thank you Idi/Lighthouse
