LighthouseReviews of lighthouse.app

This company did not help me find apartments but they did check on me quite often to make sure I didn't need any help. They were always available to answer any and all questions. I would recommend others to use them for the process was simple. They could give more expertise on helping to find rentals, but other than that I would use them again.

Debbie was friendly, knowledgeable & eagerly helped us navigate this crazy rental market! Thank you Debbie for putting the empathy back in customer service!!

Sydney was really nice and helpful…wasn’t able to find anything through her because o ended up getting accepted at a previous place…but I love everything that was sent to me on the list and communication was always rapid responses…definitely will be using them again!!! Oh and the cash back was MAD CRAZY E-GIFT CARD OR ACH PAYMENT U CANNOT BET IT GREAT JOB Lighthouse

Attentive personnel. Sydney was phenomenal, and communicated via my preferred method (text). They were very understanding of my schedule and limited ability to tour multiple properties in a short time. You may notice that the rebate depends on the rent price point of the property. Once I signed a lease, it took me a few weeks to register for the cash back. However, once I did register, within a few days I had some extra cash. This is nice, considering the current rent environment and pricing practices. The rebate was honored via my choice of prepaid gift card, vendor gift card, Venmo or similar payout services.

Good job all around. My first time using a locater, no less interstate during a world wide pandemic! I have to say, Lighthouse went above and beyond, I just don't give 5 stars. Rebate also nice touch.
