Sydney was a gem! She was very patient with me and listened to my wants and needs. I never felt hounded or neglected during my apartment search. She was very responsive and made sure I was knowledgeable in every step of the process. Added bonus is the cash back!! Will definitely be using the lighthouse service again!

This company did not help me find apartments but they did check on me quite often to make sure I didn't need any help. They were always available to answer any and all questions. I would recommend others to use them for the process was simple. They could give more expertise on helping to find rentals, but other than that I would use them again.

Fast. Easy. Listened and found me an apartment that fit my needs and I moved in within a week!! Fantastic experience and will use them again!! Thank you!!!

Excellent service and great idea

Debbie was friendly, knowledgeable & eagerly helped us navigate this crazy rental market! Thank you Debbie for putting the empathy back in customer service!!

Shelbi did a great job on helping me to find an apartment that worked well for me. Even though there was no locator commission given by the apartment that I chose, she still helped me through the process and gave me so much information, and she ended up saving me some money too! Would highly recommend Lighthouse and to reach out to Shelbi as your locator.

I would definitely recommend Sidney Kearn. It was so hard for me trying to find an apartment in the district I wanted and a nice area. I found Lighthouse at the last minute and Sidney was so helpful I found my apartment just in time and I love it. Thank You. When I move again I will definitely be using Lighthouse.

Found my new home with lighthouse!
