Worse company ever brought a lighter about 4/5 weeks ago and have heard nothing back from them I emailed LighterLoungeCo it self asking for any order update no reply from anyone but they have the nerve to send me this email and ask how we done we’ll let me state it again you done fkn s**t, like there’s no customer service there’s no replys what so ever to emails my tracking number doesn’t even update like everything about this site is just out of whack. Intill I receive my product a refund or a updated email on my items I’m spreading the word that lighterloungeco is the worst

Do not buy from this company. The customer service is horrible. I ordered two lighters one came correct the lighter was not the one I ordered I reached out to customer service and was told to send back the wrong item that I received and they would send me the correct one they sent me a return label and after that all communication stopped. I have been trying for months to get a response and now they will not reply back to me this company is a joke, horrible customer service, and a complete rip off!!!

Faulty Lighters & Bad Customer Service - I purchased the Ace lighter and Dragon lighter dual pack as a gift this past Christmas. After unwrapping and actually trying to use the lighters, we found out the Ace lighter would not hold butane (it would leak back out of the fill hole at the bottom when you tried to fill it). I emailed them on Dec. 29th, and did receive a prompt reply asking for a video showing the issue so we could get a replacement. Between receiving their reply and sending videos, the Dragon lighter actually broke as well. My boyfriend went to use it, and it started spraying butane from the top and ignited. I did not want to try to get that to happen again in order to get it on video, so I emailed over videos of the Ace lighter not working with a description of what happened with the Dragon lighter. That was on January 3rd. One month later, I have not received a reply/update despite following up once a week. It's disappointing because the lighters are pretty cool and some other people seem to have a good experience, but I can't figure out if this is a scam or not.

I just got blocked because of a Facebook ad a while back I just messaged them and said I never got a lighter that was promised if I liked and shared and said which one I liked. I did all those things. Then I message them Saying, since 2 years ago. I meant to say about 1 year ago, they responded we have only been open for 9 months, have a nice day... Then blocked me. LighterLoungeCo is a joke. Their not even on the BBB. Don't trust them!

You can respond to the emails I have sent you. I’m about to request a refund if I don’t get a response. I order your product December 15th and still haven’t received my order nor gotten a response from your company
