Never got my torch. Not did I get my money back . THIS IS A SCAM

Never received my items

I purchased this type of lighter twice and both times, it does not work. Even took it to a cigar shoppe to have someone look at it, they said it fills with lighter fluid but for some reason, it won't light. I'm disappointed because it looked so cool but it wasn't worth the money.

Item came broke about a month after purchase. Only thing I got was a money recieved the day i ordered. Sent 3 emails threw out the month never responded. They emailed me a month after it was delivered BROKE!! Of course after that long I threw it out in the same place the company should be in the GARBAGE. THEY DEFFINITLY DID NOT WANT TO HELP. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I haven’t received the Order and have sent email but had no reply. Very disappointed with the service.

The order never came

I’ve received a faulty product that doesn’t work. I’ve refilled and everything and still nothing. I’ve emailed the company 3 times with no response.

Ordered my bundle a month ago, and still haven’t received anything. I tried emailing them, and they still hasn’t responded. On their website, it says 5-6 business days. And I bought it for a gift ! They still won’t email me back or even respond! Crappy customer service!
