Still haven’t gotten my package yet been a month… when I asked about it via email someone told me it should be there 3-5 days. That was well over a week ago. Terrible service and follow up.

Tracking isn't current and no one's answering my emails . Gift is needed tomorrow and I ordered it in November and it's still not here.

Pretty hard to review an item that I never received. It’s been sitting in Rochester according to my shop app for over a week and I ordered this in 11/29 thought I’d have plenty of time. Looking at the other reviews that’s just how this company operates. I haven’t even bothered to email them bc they will tell you in the item description it says it will take 10-20 BUSINESS days 😒

I ordered it on Nov. 29 and I still don’t have it

I purchased this item in November. The tracking number that was given, has different information regarding where my package is. When I search on USPS it states it hasn’t been sent out for delivery. When I search on the site, it states the label was just created, and lastly when I search through the CJ portal provided, it states it is in California. So the actual information as to where the items are, is not easy to follow nor user friendly. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it still has not arrived… we are quickly approaching Dec. 25th. I’m hoping that it will arrive before then.
