I was satisfied with the fact that they got back to me right away. Unfortunately they could not solve the problem with setting up the camera. I reverted back to an earlier version (2.0.0) and I have that running good. I love the software and I hope that maybe in the future they would go back to calibrating the camera with the circle instead of the airtags. I think that was where I was having all my problem. When I was able to use the circles everything clicked. I know you want to improve the software but somethings are better left alone when things are working so good.

I can't fault these guys in customer service.I recently had an issue which I was needing help with and had to email them.Within an hour from my initial email I was back up and running again.They provided me with a detailed description and screenshots of how best to resolve my issue.Thanks guys and keep up the good work with your fantastic software and second to none customer service.All the best.

I’m new to laser work. When I first installed the LightBurn software and started playing with it. My machine would make noise with clicking on the framing option, but it didn’t produce any actual red light. I spent a few hours fiddling with it unsuccessfully, then I emailed their support. I got a prompt response, and they assured me the software was working properly because it did something when I clicked the button in the application. However, I was surprised by their question in the email: “Is the lens cap removed?” when I turned my face toward the laser machine. I noticed that the cap was still on. This was the actual issue, and I was told that they’d experienced a similar problem themselves. Overall, this experience was quite surprising, but their support was prompt friendly and exceptional.

Without a doubt the most user friendly, most up to date and figured out laser engraving program.
