Every time I have needed help or guidance in the right direction for any type of issue and I reach out to the support team, I get responses incredibly fast! I'm not just referring to the automated acknowledgment response letting me know my ticket has been created, but actual service member personnel respond very promptly and usually with a plethora of information that more than answers any questions I may have had. Its such a breath of fresh air, especially when I am feeling uneducated and need the help!

I'm new to the LightBurn community. Just got my first Longer Ray5 laser. LightBurn is of course, an absolute must have. I was so impressed! When I asked a question I received a response within hours. This never happens. This kind of business ethic certainly speaks well for LightBurn and provides a sense of confidence that they are truly customer oriented.
