Trying to get v2.02 to work without success. When moving the laser, it won't go in a straight line, but goes diagonal. Customer service says they are working on a few "bugs". This is several weeks since the release. Maybe they should have better testing before releasing. I have a Fox Alien Masuter Pro, which is a pretty common laser. Not happy at all with their lame response.

The software at its core is pretty good. The support is absolutely TRASH.. they will not respond on average for 3 days.. there is no live chat or phone support even for paid customers. Every issues ive had just cost me expensive materials and time as a result and every solution thus far has has only caused a new issue! There is no accountability for this, they will straight up ignore any questions about their lack of support or canceling order. I will be filing a complaint with MasterCard monday morning. UPDATE: After writing this review they Did respond in less then 24hrs (unlike almost every other time). They did issue a refund, i assume so that they dont deal with chargebacks. There is literally No Response to how the issues They Created in the software has COST ME Expensive Materials! I understand the need to prevent piracy l, but something is wrong when your software INTENTIONALLY DESTROYS PROPERTY, ESPECIALLY THAT OF A PAID CUSTOMER!! I do not recommend this software and if you have an offline cnc style machine Do Not Even Test it!!

I'm requesting support from Lightbur. Because the dollar exchange rate in my country has doubled to 42% and bank fees are high, I requested a discount and assistance, but they said they couldn't help. This product is extremely expensive and overpriced for my country. I'm requesting support and a discount.

Habe mir über die Webseite lightburnpro das angebliche Programm gekauft. Mit Karte bezahlt also alles gut. Jedoch bekommt man keinen Code für das Programm sondern man bekommt eine Crack den man installieren muss. Jedoch funktioniert dieser nur wenn man seine sämtlichen Virusprogramme ausschaltet, ALLE !!! Dauerhaft. Beim aktivieren der Anti Vieren Software wird das Programm automatisch gelöscht. Also Betrug von meiner Seite aus

The support service is working great! But that's not the point! I bought the LightBurn program, connected it, and the next day I found out that it was blocked for me, saying that I have a Russian IP address. I am an Israeli citizen, I paid with an Israeli card and received permission for an Israeli company's phone number, but they refused to even extend the trial version for at least 3 days! Before that, I was perfectly using the trial version while in Russia and no one blocked me, although they saw that I was in Russia!!!They just stupidly blocked and refunded the money and did not respond to my requests to turn on the trial version for at least a couple of days because I had an unfinished project for children!

I planned to buy this software. What I really do not understand, is they calculate strange prices according adresses and most worse, I want to pay in USD, but they think, if I come from czech, I need to pay in czech crones. What if I just have enough USD to pay in? I am always hating somebody thinks, he makes better conversion for me as I can do self.

С LightBurn самая отличная программа но как не грустно но приходиться расстаться хотелось больше набраться опыта много чего еще не успел попробовать жаль что закончились бесплатные активации Спасибо разработчикам за такую программу что дали шанс маленько что то сделать и опробовать мой станок
