Really impressed with the speed of response to my request for help. Would REALLY appreciate it if they would provide support in running Lightburn for Windows, on Linux Mint using something like Play On Linux, Wine, Bottles, or other similar tools.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Support Experience! The LightBurn Software support team is absolutely stellar! They were incredibly fast in responding to my issue, resolving it perfectly on their first attempt. Not only are they clearly knowledgeable, but they were also kind and patient throughout the process. It’s rare to find such a great combination of efficiency and friendliness in customer support. Highly recommend their software and their support team!

I usually don't write reviews, but for me this company deserves one. I can't be how quickly my request for help was looked after. I'm sorry, but whoever looked up my information and answered my questions is worth every cent they make and more. I have never been this pleased with the service from a company that I can remember and I usually remember good service. Great product and fantastic service. Keep up the good work folks, I know I certainly appreciate it. I owe someone there a coffee ☕️. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will renew my license regularly eventhough the software works fine without renewing it. It's all I can think of to show my appreciation.

Очень хорошая программа, я ненарадуюсь, когда делаю какие-то проекты. Все понятно в настройках. Единственная проблема - это цена лицензии. Ознакомительный срок скоро закончится, в том числе и продление. А купить лицензию, денег пока нет.

Amazing product, on the few times I have needed support with the software / licence etc, they reply and resolve almost instantaneously! Thank you!
